Install and set up Easyback
Install the app, set your first rules and open your returns portal in a few minutes.
Install the app
Install Easyback from the Shopify App Store and approve the permissions it asks for. It needs to read orders and products and to create returns.
Set your rules
Open Rules in the app. Choose how many days after delivery customers can request a return, and add tags for products that can't be returned. Rules apply to new requests only.
Open your portal
Your portal is already live at your store's address followed by /apps/returns. Add the link to your menu so customers can find it.
