What the French rules require
- A function labelled "renoncer au contrat ici", or an unambiguous equivalent, available throughout the withdrawal period and easy to reach.
- A statement where the customer gives or confirms their name, the order, and where the confirmation should be sent.
- A confirmation step labelled "confirmer la rétractation".
- An acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email, with the content and the date and time of submission.
- The function must be free of charge for the customer.
What else to update
Your withdrawal information must mention that customers can also withdraw online, and where. Easyback gives you a sentence to copy into it.
This page summarises the rule. It is not legal advice.
